RESTAURANT MANAGER – 4* HOTEL - Stellenbosch

Pick Me Recruitment is looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to manage a new 24 seater restaurant at a 4-star Hotel in the Heart of Stellenbosch.
The perfect candidate is someone with previous experience in a similar environment, good knowledge of kitchen & back of house operations, excellent operational skills, hands-on approach to overall restaurant operations and the ability to train and develop staff. The restaurant serves Breakfast and Lunch daily.

Minimum Requirements and Key Responsibilities:

• A qualification in Hospitality Management or similar qualification will be advantageous
• Strong administrative skills
• Sound kitchen / back of house operational know-how
• Able to effectively manage, lead and develop a small team
• Excellent operational and leadership skills essential
• Excellent communication skills on all levels
• Guest and service centric
• Computer literate
