We are in search of a skilled, passionate and highly energetic RESTAURANT MANAGER to take on responsibilities at this exciting FUSION Restaurant in the heart of Franschhoek. If you answer yes to ALL the above criteria QUESTIONS, then we have found our perfect candidate!

Requirements:
Grade 12 minimum plus Hospitality Management Diploma
Strong proficiency in MICROS Point of Sale, Excel, Word, Email & Internet
Ability to lead and motivate others on the team
Exceptional communication skills
Strong organizational and problem solving skills

Responsibilities:
Stock ordering and controls
Overseeing Restaurant Reservations and Email Bookings
Planning staff schedules, managing staff and ensuring positive team culture
Greeting guests and ensuring ultimate guest experience and service
Handling operational matters and problem solving
Keep up to date with all office admin, documentation and controls
Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and owners
Compiling and keeping statistical and financial records
Recruiting, training and managing staff
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
Promoting and marketing the business
