Restaurant Manager required for new Restaurant and Deli in the Hazelwood area. Looking for candidates with 4+ year Restaurant management experience. Must have strong general Restaurant management skills both front & back of house. Main duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Strong customer relations skills essential. Applicants must be skilled in Restaurant administration and must be able to work under pressure. The position is ideal for someone who works well in a team. Salary R 12000 - 14000 CTC per month.
