RESTAURANT MANAGER (S)

Overview
Our client, situated on a well-known Stellenbosch Wine Farm is looking for an experienced Restaurant Managers to join their dynamic team. The restaurant is open 7 days a week, serving breakfast, lunch and Friday afternoon Sundowners and Tapas.

Responsibilities / Requirements
This is a dynamic position and our client requires a well-spoken, enthusiastic candidate with energy and drive / CWA or WSET will be advantageous / Formal hospitality diploma or equivalent is advantageous / 3+ Years’ managerial experience in a similar position / Stock control and management / Service and Guest Centric / Strong administration and communication skills.

Consideration
Candidates, who are already residing in the Western Cape will have preference. We can only consider South African Citizens or applicants who hold a valid South African Permanent Residence! No Work Permit applications will be accepted!
