Ideal candidate should have.
*At least 2 years restaurant experience in managing and general admin/customer relations
*Good communication and social skills with patrons &distributors.
*The ability to delegate and control staff well.
*A passion for the industry and commitment working to restaurant hours.
*Recent and contactable references(essential).
