Oversee and co-ordinate day-to-day operations of the business.
Plan, organize, train and lead as necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee’s retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Creating an environment to promote teamwork.
Requirements :
4 - 5 years Restaurant Management experience
Hospitality Management Qualification
Excellent Guest Relations skills
Good computer skills
Strong Leadership ability;
Ability to delegate and manage down effectively;
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
High attention to detail and process driven;

Responding, handling, solving complaints and concerns
Under and implement completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
Achieve company objectives in sales, service ,quality , appearance of facility and sanitation & cleanliness through training of employees
and creating positive , productive working environment
Manage cash, cash ups , day banks and implement operating procedures
Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policy, procedures and rules.

Salary R 20 000 - R 22 000 including company benefits.
