Dynamic Servers for luxury brand establishment - JHB Gauteng

2 - 3 years experience in luxury Restaurants.

Qualification required.

A niche new Restaurant in JHB South, is looking for experienced waitresses for their new store.

Duties:

• Engagement with new customers

• Taking and serving of customer orders as required

Preparation and serving of coffee, teas and various other hot and cold beverages

Serving of all Menu items

Excellent Guest Relations Skills required.

Operate the till, accurate handling of cash and daily cash up

Ensuring store, workstation and work areas are always clean, neat and tidy

Follow and maintain hygiene standards

General clerical duties answering phones/filing and perform any other duties as required

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric

• Waiter experience is essential

2-3years Server experience

Customer interaction and Retail/Hospitality experience required.

Computer literacy

Knowledge of POS system

High level of numeracy

Salary R 5 000 - R 7 000 live-out
