Rewards Analyst – Disability position

Well established client within the FMCG sector is looking for a Rewards Analyst with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
The Rewards Analyst will provide support in the execution and coordination of Rewards within the company including administration of surveys, job matching, annual processes, administrative support, and any data analysis relating to rewards.

Minimum requirements:
• Matric, with Diploma in Human Resources
• 3 years HR general experience,
• 2 years in an HR Information / Analysis / Data or BI function
• Certifications - Rewards Administrator designation or working towards GRP

Key Duties:
Job Evaluation:
• Jobs are accurately graded, in line with market
• Business Units HR understands how jobs are evaluated, and the expectations of job profile quality
Annual Processes:
• Guide HR Managers in the Annual Processes (Annual Increases, Incentive Schemes) and assist in resolving queries
• Data submitted to Rewards is accurate
• HR Business Units are engaged and aware of submission deadlines
• Increases and incentives are processed and submitted to the Remuneration Committee on time
Benchmarking Surveys
• Benchmark jobs to remuneration houses and add subsequent data to the HR System
• Populate salary survey data and coordinate the submission to the appropriate remuneration house
• Complete job audits and resolves queries from survey houses
Information Reporting and Analysis
• Engage with Business to develop meaningful remuneration dashboards and compare-ratio reports
• Compile quarterly team reports
Project Coordination
• Complete projects on an ad-hoc basis as per requests from Business (for example, grading alignment within a Business unit)
• Administer Job family implementation within the HR system
