Human Resource Officer – Senior

The successful Individual will be responsible for providing direction to all areas of responsibility in HR and IR functions; administration, social responsibility, payroll and relevant compliance. Experience with staff development and training; employment equity and policy implementation.
Report directly to the HR Manager.

What we are looking for:

- Completed relevant qualification in Human Resources
- 8 Years + experience in Human Resource Management
- Well versed in employment legislation and HE best practices
- Outstanding Communication skills – in English and Afrikaans, both written and verbal
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ideally reside on the West Coast, or have accommodation in the area
