Established Restaurant in the Randpark Ridge area is looking for a Sous chef. Looking for individuals with 7+ years relevant chef and kitchen management experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to assist in coordinating and managing busy kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Will also be responsible for stock management. Applicants must be proficient in kitchen administration and staff management. Very busy high pressured environment. Must have a formal qualification. Normal Restaurant working hours apply. Salary R 14000 - 17000 K nett.
