SNR CDP / JNR SOUS CHEF - Stellenbosch

Pick Me Recruitment is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join a classy Italian-inspired eatery in Stellenbosch. The perfect candidate is someone with excellent culinary skills and attention to detail, leadership and management skills, good organisation and communication skills.
It is a pre-requisite that the prospective candidate resides in Stellenbosch and has a valid driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities and Minimum Requirements:

• A diploma in professional cookery
• Able to produce relaxed casual food, modern and delicious
• Excellent operational and leadership skills essential
• Great communication skills on all levels
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Focussed, creative and passionate about the culinary arts
• Strong inventory control
• Driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• Be able to work under pressure
• Computer literate

Remuneration: R10 000 - R12 000

Start Date: ASAP
