Restaurant / Conference Venue in the Centurion area has a Sous Chef position available. Looking for individuals with 5+ years relevant chef and kitchen management experience. Experience in al la carte cooking and food delivery essential. Must be able to assist in coordinating and managing a busy kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and food quality control. Will also be responsible for stock management. Applicants must be proficient in kitchen administration. Must also have some experience in catering for conferences. Duties will also include staff management and training. Ability to run a pass beneficial. Formal qualification preferred. Salary R 12000 - 15000 K nett.
