Requirements:
- Neat & energized candidates with minimum Grade 12 can apply
- Valid driver's license and own transport
- Computer literacy in MS Word/ Excel and Outlook
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Must be willing to work longer hours

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor/ Follow up on vehicles according to time schedules to ensure no delays
- Handle emails and phone calls from clients
- Conduct bookings and allocate correct vehicles to each position
- Monitor fuel consumption
- Dealing and communicating with drivers& general workers
- Delegating work and help with sales orders
- Planning & organizing of loads
- Tracking of vehicles/ drivers and on route follow up
- Escalating of issues on route
- General administration
