You will serve as specialized global talent advisors to the respective Group Business Leaders, to develop their business-centric vision for global talent and capability development across. Your key job responsibilities as the Talent Partner (Senior Manager) in Johannesburg will include:

- Source, induct, and manage talent in accordance with legislative guidelines
- Continually develop a culture of strong collaboration and effective team working
- Ensure open communication channels with staff and implement change management interventions where necessary
- Provide definition of roles, responsibilities, individual goals and performance objectives for the team
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance feedback through a well-defined and implemented performance review program
- Develop and implement a training plan in order to build and develop skills within the team
- Performance manage resources in accordance with HR policy and legislation where necessary
- Actively participate in leadership team and develop skills of own team
- Promote an approach’ to develop strong relationships with other working groups and ensure adherence to Group governance

Requirements for this Talent Partner (Senior Manager) job in Johannesburg:

- Minimum of 4 year tertiary degree (specialization in Business Management/Human Resources/Behavioural Sciences as appropriate)
- MBA or Masters (advantageous)
- Relevant certification / accreditation / membership with professional body relevant to HR Operations and Service Management (Advantageous)
- Manager track record of 5 years or more
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in business partnering involving Talent Learning and Organization management in the Telecommunication Sector (experiences include workforce planning, operating model and organization structure, performance planning etc.)
- Demonstrated experience partnering with clients on solving business/operational issues through the application of progressive people systems (Human Resources) practices
- Worked across diverse cultures and geographies
- Experience working in a medium to large organization
