Purchasing Jobs in Burgersdorp
Burgersdorp is the little town hidden in Eastern Cape's hillside. This town has a rich history that goes as far back as the early seventies. There's a tribute to the people who lost their lives during the Anglo-Boer War. A language monument was erected to honour 'the triumph of the Dutch language' and a monument to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria - rumour has it she was the arch-enemy of the local Boers.Going to sleep with the distant howl of a hunting jackal is something one could get used to. Having a good nights rest is not out of the question when you have clear and tranquil skies and friendly neighbours. Hikers, fishermen and fans of museums will feel right at home here. The De Bruin House (part of the museum complex) in Burgersdorp is the ideal place for ghost hunters.
