We are looking for a HR administrator with strong Payroll skills. We are a young, vibrant, performance driven company with a fast-paced, "work-hard / play-hard" culture.

Experience and Skills Required:
• Payroll
• Leadership development programmes
• Performance management
• The successful candidate must hold a BA / BCOM HR or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• HR Content / process development.
• Strong administration skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive with the ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
• Minimum of 1½ years’ experience in HR administration

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and run the payroll system.
• In conjunction with senior management, implement and administer the performance review process
• Oversee internal training programmes.
• Administrate benefit schemes
• Conduct mini surveys and focus groups on a periodic basis in order to monitor progress with initiatives and gauge on-going employee
satisfaction
• Ensure that the company complies with employment legislation and government regulations
• Support the implementation of leadership development initiatives
