Experienced AA Dealer Principal Johannesburg North and South. Must currently be in a dealer in this position 5+years and doing 50+ new and 40+ used vehicles, not less. Must proof a good GP and reach all targets. Profit driven, team builder and motivator, proven excellent CSI%. Must be able to build and motivate a team. Excellent marketing and people skills. Must have excellent financial and business acumen. Positive and passionate. Salary market related. Assertive, intelligent, can work independently. If not currently selling the required units and reaching targets and is profitable at a mega dealer, no consideration.
