A well-established National Retail Market leader in automotive/parts sector with the Head Office based in Linbro Park area is seeking an experienced and qualified HR Officer to provide operational support and direction in respect of the full HR function within the relevant service area. The service provided should be aligned with the organisational growth requirements, ensuring that best practice are followed at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Tertiary professional qualification in Human Resources
• 3 - 5 years HR generalist experience
• Computer literacy (Advanced Excel and Word)
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Able to work in an extremely fast based support focused environment.
• Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and ambiguity.
• Excellent understanding of Basic conditions of Employment Act

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide support & assistance to employees.
• Facilitate Induction programme
• Interviewing and Recruitment – Liaising with preferred list of agencies.
• Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
• Inform unsuccessful applicants
• Compiling employee contracts – Letter of appointments and all other relevant documentation
• Biometric System Administration
• IOD Assistance and documenting on COID system
• Minute Taking at Disciplinary Enquiries
• CSI Initiatives
• Nil contributor List Management
• MIE Criminal & Credit Checks
• File Audits & File Maintenance
• Conduit for payroll
• Ensuring that all terminations and resignations get to payroll.
• Contracts of employment
• Medical & Gap Cover Queries
• Distribution of payslips & AF Statements
• Manage EE & Skills on the HR Modules.
• Uif documents for all exits.
• Disability claims
• Sick Pay Claims reconciliation
• Perform other related duties as required
