Admin Assistant - Bela-Bela
To coordinate and control the administrative functionality and to attend to the implementation of procedures, applications, systems and controls in order to facilitate and support the recording, updating, circulation and maintenance of information between the HOD’s and the Reserve Manager
A relevant tertiary qualification.
Computer Literacy – MS Office Applications.
Ability to supervise a variety of administrative duties to ensure that the reserve management division functions at its optimal.
Valid, unendorsed Driver’s Licence
This role reports directly to the Reserve Manager and is responsible for the day to day management of the reserve management administration which in turn is responsible for the following;
Information and Data Management
Communication, Correspondence, Reports and Records
Duties of the Post:
Administration – Procedures Systems & Controls
Information Management – Processing & Reporting
General Functions – Departmental Support
Candidates should have a proven track record within an administrative position.
Candidates must have all round knowledge of Game Reserve administrative issues.
A qualification in administration management or similar is desirable although significant experience and special training may be acceptable.
Basic Salary – Negotiable based upon qualifications and experience.
Provident Fund 13% of basic
Medical Aid 50% of primary member only
13th Check after completion of 12 months employment payable in December.
