Admin Coordinator
Become an integral part of this young high-performing team providing administrative support. Our client is seeking to appoint an energetic, highly professional, trustworthy, vibrant, meticulous person, with strong administrative skills.

Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Office Administration Diploma
• MS Office
• Valid driver’s license, own transport
• 5 years general office administration experience

Key Responsibilities:
• General administrative support
• Generating and compiling reports
• Responds to department inquiries
• Coordinating filling system
• Maintaining personnel records
• Receiving and coordination incoming correspondence, including collecting and distributing mail
