The vacancy is for an Admin Manager . The purpose of this position is to ensure that the Admin Department is run smoothly and effectively. Ultimately the role of the incumbent is to ensure that Maintenance correctly bills customers for service that has been rendered, thereby ensuring continued economic viability of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
°Matric / Grade 12
°4 – 6 years in a similar environment
°1 – 2 years experience managing staff
°Business Administrationor Accounting Certificate or Diploma Computer Literate including Windows
°Must be proficient on Excel and Word.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING
°Ensuring that all Billing processes and procedures are correctly adhered to and that all billing is processed timeously
°Ensuring that all billing is approved by the customer prior to submission to the Accounts Department for invoices to be raised
°Ensuring that all vendor billing is correctly processed upon receipt and that this in turn is correctly billed back to the Customer
°Prepare regular reports for Management on the status of billing
°Ensure that the “Quotes” drive is adequately maintained and that all chargeable quotes are billed back to the Customer
°Liaison with various Department &Branch Managers/ Account Managers / Customer Relationship Representatives and members of the Project Planning Department
°Liaison with the Accounts department regarding the receipt of funds from Customers, and secondly the timeous payment of vendors based on receipts
°Prepare weekly reporting information for management
°Supervise the Admin staff members, ensuring that they remain motivated at all times, that they are coached in their job responsibilities, and that they reach their deadlines on an on-going basis
°Ensure that the work environment remains healthy at all times and that the work area is always safe and secure.
