Our client is a reputable engineering consulting business. They are offering a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Admin Officer at their Richards Bay office.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To deliver a comprehensive office management service, including administrative support for the technical crew and management team.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• A secretarial/administration diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years in office administration, ideally in an engineering consulting environment or similar

COMPETENCIES & ATTRIBUTES
• Good command of English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Key functions include office administration, administrative support to technical staff and management, financial management, quality management, invoicing, collections and diary management.
