Our client a leading national retailer is searching for an Office Administrator. The successful applicant will need to be able to work in close partnership with their HR team; therefore good communication will be required. The applicant will be required to run a smooth office with regards to admin and paperwork, and must be able to do proper planning and organizing. Filing and record keeping must be kept up to date.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Effective administration and being responsible for all administrative functions including but not limited to:
Maintenance of files and recordkeeping of documentation
Report construction and distribution
Departmental project coordination and administration
Ensure administration is complete for all employees
Complete on board induction administration

Requirements:
A matric/ grade 12 certificate
A relevant qualification (Administrative or Administrative qualification studying towards
Administrative Qualification) or similar
Minimum of at least 1 year experience in an administrative role in a corporate an environment. Previous experience in an administrative role.
Very good computer skills
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Planning and organizing skills

Salary; 12k- 15k (Permanent)
