Administrative/Accounts Assistant
Full time Accounts and administrative assistant required. The ideal candidate would have a good knowledge of the fundamentals of bookkeeping and would have a keen interest in accounts, office & HR administration.

The role is within a busy department and will include all areas of administration such as
• Maintaining purchase ledgers
• Reconciliation of Creditors for monthly creditors payment run
• Sales invoicing
• Posting of Receipts
• Debtors Reconciliation
• Filing
• Other Ad Hoc duties which may arise

Essential Skills required for this role:
• Attention to detail, with excellent data entry skills
• Excellent Microsft Office skills
• Be able to work on their own initiative and take ownership of tasks
• Willingness to learn
