Office Administrator Montague Gardens – Contract Position

Our Client an Importer in Montague Gardens is looking for an Office Administrator to assist them for a contract period from August to December.

Salary Up to R 7000 per month – CONTRACT POSITION

Temporary Post: 1st August 2017 - December 2017
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 08h00am till 16h00pm and 15h00pm on Friday’s

RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Admin Duties
• Answering Telephone
• Taking Messages
• Ordering of Stationary & Groceries
• Filling & Quotes EXCEL
• Invoicing if required – PASTEL

Travel Arrangements / PA Duties for 6 Managers Nationwide
• Flight Bookings, Accommodation and Car Hire

Logistics
• Arranging Courier Collections - Local Logistics (packing boxes and organising courier)
• Tracking of Shipments
• International Logistics – organising shipments from overseas with forwarding agent or DHL etc
• Handling of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Following up with our international suppliers on orders placed and getting tracking numbers and delivery dates.
