Administrator – R5000 neg – Northern suburbs
We are currently recruiting for a candidate with at least 2-3 years of experience in an administration role. Experience in the insurance / or working with a broker or similar industry will serve as advantage. Essential for this role is fluency in speaking, reading and writing Afrikaans and English.
Key duties:
• Handling incoming calls
• Handling reception area
• Setting up appointments
• Ensuring client documents are captured correctly.
• Dealing with queries on policies
• Dealing with client amendments
• Ensuring correct documents are issues
