My client based in Durbanville are urgently looking for an administrator to join their dynamic, energetic and hard-working team. This is a permanent position and would require the candidate to live in the Durbanville or surrounding areas.

Requirements:
• Matric Certificate/ Grade 12 qualification.
• Previous experience in an administrative capacity.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Sound computing skills; MS Office.
• Drivers Licence and Own Vehicle essential
• Numerically inclined.
• Able to grasp new concepts/skills quickly.
• Attention to detail, meticulous nature.
• Bilingual.
• Ability to multi task and prioritise.
• Must be based locally - in and around Durbanville.

Job description:
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to small, established team.
• Answer all incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
• Capturing of credit card slips and filing of documentation.
• Managing the administration pertaining to the Company’s Insurance with their Service Provider.
• Receiving and checking of invoices for one of the entities under the Holding Company.
• Assisting with compilation of information for tender documentation purposes.
• Provide secretarial support to the Directors were needed with respect to a range of tasks including: diary management, reminders of important dates and ad-hoc errands.
• Management of office supplies.
• Act as a liaison between Company and Rental Agents with respect to various rental units.
