We are currently recruiting a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in an administration role. Experience working in travel and tourism or sales administration is an advantage. Essential for this role is fluency in speaking, reading and writing in English. Xhosa speaking is an advantage.

• Handling incoming calls and queries
• Setting up appointments
• Ensuring client documents are captured correctly
• Assist with overflow of documentation
• Dealing with client amendments
• Ensuring correct documents are issued
• Travel arrangements
• Administration and filing
