Reporting to: Owner

JOB PURPOSE

To liaise and administrate between all departments in the company including Production, Warehouse, Fabric, Trims and Packaging Suppliers and the Customers / Stores to execute an order from Presentation to Delivery.
Manage workload effectively to capacity for a Coordinator.

KEY RESULTS AREAS

Business Management

Develop good relationships and effective communication with Stores, Customers and Suppliers.
Know the company objective daily, weekly and monthly to ensure that sales are optimized and profits are driven.
Analyses sales figures and customer / store needs to drive turnover in conjunction with the Owner
Attends Production Meetings weekly to contribute all information and ensure needs are met.
Work with Pop Up team countrywide to transport, sell and administer stock at locations countrywide.

Other Placement and Production Process

Ensure all terms and conditions of new accounts are recorded and understood.
Administrate orders to be dispatched to customers and stores.
Receive and check orders for discrepancies from Production.
Place orders with suitable Packaging, Fabric & Trims suppliers in conjunction with Owner.
Advise factory of all details, placements and requirements of suppliers.
Track status of production to ensure on time deliveries.
Confirm orders have left Studio in accordance to the delivery schedule.
Compile replenishment requirements for the stores and customers by analyzing the sales performance and stock requirements.

Delivery

Track and record expected time of delivery dates against customer's and stores delivery date requirements.
Communication on time arrival or delivery delays timeously to Owner.

Ability to work within a positive and productive team.
Demonstrable and strong business acumen.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Customer's and Retailer's requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid organization skills
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Be available to travel countrywide for Pop Up stores.
