Good computer skills + knowledge of relevant plant
systems (eg PeopleSoft) + exp in managing budgets, contracts; ISO standards

Must be strategic, decisive, attentive leader with ability to coach and lead teams,
manage relations with internal/ external suppliers + work under pressure.
Excellent negotiation, report-writing skills.
Responsible for setting, managing key performance indicators + IR/HR
Matters.
Plant operational management.
Operational design (job design, work organisation) &failure
prevention & recovery.
Responsible for optimising plant capacity, inventory &
product flow, capacity planning & control of the operations process.
Managing availability &efficiency of each process as well as inventory, purchasing planning & control.
