Title: Area Manager
Location: Cape Town
Reporting to: National Sales Manager
Role: To ensure the effective management of all sales related functions within the Western Cape Region to best achieve the annual regional sales target.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To assist with all aspects of sales with customers including product queries, service analysis, complaint resolution and developing new business
• Manage a sales team effectively and efficiently to achieve set budgets
• Conduct performance assessments of sales staff
• Analyse staff performance to ensure compliance
• Address disciplinary issues and take corrective measures
• Efficient cost-effective management of company assets
• Maintain, manage and grow a portfolio of Key Account Customers
• Maintain and grow a professional network who can aid business
• Maintain and elevated level of technical professional knowledge to keep yourself relevant

Requirements:

• Own, reliable vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
• 5 years + Sales Management Experience
• Sales/Management related qualification advantageous
• Must be able to travel extensively
• Must be able to sleep out as and when required
