ASSISTANT MANAGER:

This person will have outstanding book knowledge, great written and verbal communication skills, with proven supervisory skills and is looking to step into a more responsible role by being the right hand to the Store Manager

Key responsibilities:
• Stock management
• Various admin duties
• Housekeeping
• Management of staff
• Customer service
• Merchandising
• Book Knowledge
• Transfers
• Opening and Closing procedures
• Reports

Minimum requirements:
• Matric or NQF level 4
• 2 years assistant retail management or supervisory experience
• Tertiary qualification in retail management or equivalent or in process of obtaining would be advantageous.
• Book selling experience is essential
