Are you able to handle a Large volume of Clients and Have Experience with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission .
Our client a part of a global network of Auditing firms are looking for a company Secretary for their Alberton branch .
This position is in there Company Secretary Department that service offering includes:
• The Formation of private, public, external, private liability and non-profit companies
• Conversions of close corporations
• Maintenance of statutory records
• Submission of Annual Returns
• Amendments to and registration of statutory details
• Registered Office Facility
• Voluntary liquidations
The Ideal Candidate will need to :
• Have Experience with Direct correspondence with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission
• Have Experience servicing a large volume of clients essential
• Performing company secretarial duties for clients
• Maintenance of clients company secretarial records
• Have strong Managerial skills
For this position you will need to have :
• Minimum 5 years’ experience required
• Experience working for an Accounting/Auditing firm or firm offering Company secretarial services
• CIS Qualification would be advantageous
• Valid Driver’s Licence
