• GRADE 12
• PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT QUALIFICATION
• EXP IN PRESS HOP / STAMPING ( STEEL)
• EXP IN OE SUPPLIER TO AUTOMOTIVE CLIENT
• 4 Years Production/ machine setting experience
• Min 3 years of Production Manager experience
• Administrative and Planning skills
• QAD
• Computer skills – some experience as a user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
• Ability to encourage and motivate the employees
• Logical reasoning skills is required for problem solving
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Ensure production targets, and quality standards are consistently met daily
• Release work orders and issuing of raw materials
• Capture stock directly into QAD and ensure works orders are closed on time
• Maintain Staff discipline and productivity
• Ensure employees are competent in their jobs
• Perform administrative duties
• Comply to Health & Safety and Quality Standards
• Perform any other duties in the department
• Ensure correct products are dispatch to the Warehouse on time
