• 8 YEARS EXP IN QUALITY & CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT ENVIRONMENT
• KNOWLEDGE OF BMW B2B PORTAL AND PROCESS (COMPULSORY)
• STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• EXP IN TRAINING AND DEVELOPMEN
• KNOWLEDGE OF SPC / MS EXCELL
• STRONG IN TERMS OF COMMUNICATIONS AND INTERACTION WITH CUSTOMERS ESSENTIAL
• BE TEAM DRIVEN
• PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN AUTOMOTIVE
• Control Data set and performance KPI measurements for Quality and Production areas.
• Support internal and external reports for performance monitoring and status.
• Ensure Data collected and collated is shared in each area where required and in use.
• Represent Company and provided Customer Liaison daily with BMW
. • Review and manage the Detail of Data utilized throughout the Company and revise to ensure Data collected is relevant and applicable.
• Manage and train 5S initiatives
• Support Training and development of Quality and Production cross functional team in terms of Continuous improvements. With Goal setting and measurements of Gaps and results
. • Manage CI initiatives by area.
• Track Concerns daily in terms of Company performance for all defects at customers
