SALES REP (AUTOMOTIVE), GARANKUWA, R20 000 + COMM + COMPANY CAR
GRADE 12 + 5 YEARS RETAIL AUTOMOTIVE EXP (EG TRAILERS/CAMPING OUTDOOR LIFE STYLE ) + RESPONSIBLE FOR 34 DEALERS & 1 NAMIBIA DEALER + SELF STARTER + OWN RELIABLE CAR & VALID DRIVERS LICENCE.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and manage sales target performance. Dealer Principal/Sales Manager to monitor the performance of Sales Executives and implement an action plan accordingly.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock swops.
- Monitor monthly CSI ratings and prepare action plan if needed
- Conduct product and relevant training to dealer sales staff.
- Monitor dealer compliance regarding franchise standards.
- Conduct CRM training.
- Monthly floor-plan audits.
- Drive incentive programmes.
- Set up monthly meetings with dealers.
- Gather market intelligence - product & competitor activity and provide continuous feedback.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- EB License
- Minimum Grade 12 and Commercial degree or diploma will be advantageous.
- 5 years Retail experience preferably in the automotive industry.
