Back office Administrator
Tray International (Pty) Ltd provides Customer Services, Accounting, Administration, IT and Marketing Services to international removal companies. Since 2006, the Company has kept on consolidating its client’s bases, and has extended its network and services to employ a staff of nearly 300 employees.
The Company is growing further this year and needs to recruit new and motivated candidates.
Key Competencies:
• Support of accounting function to debt collecting department
• Edit Monthly reports – invoices not received
• Provide reports to Management on request
• Receive Invoices and Capture on the internal system
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• As a minimum requirement, the candidate must have completed their (Matric /A’ Levels/ High school certificate)
• Must have at least 2-3 years working experience in accounting environment or similar experience.
• Must have experience in data capturing
• Ability to interpret and fully understand written and oral numerical information
• Must have profound knowledge and experience in advanced Excel, Outlook and Word
• Diploma in basic accounting/bookkeeping would be advantageous
• She/he must be able to work well under pressure and be able to relate well with people from a variety of backgrounds.
