Bond Administrator [Home Loans Industry] - Pretoria


We are urgently recruiting for a suitably qualified Bond Administrator to provide support to allocated consultants by taking their applications from submission to final grant within a specified service level agreement. You will also be responsible for forging good relationships with banks and other financial institutions.


You will satisfy the following criteria:
• Matric
• Minimum 2 years’ bond administration experience in admin or sales divisions
• Experience within the banking / home loans industry is essential
• Product knowledge:, ALL bank products pertaining to home loans (LTV policies, supporting docs required, various other bank products)
• Business knowledge: Basic financial knowledge and knowledge of the National Credit Act
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills
• Deal Maker knowledge/experience is a strong advantage

Location: Successful incumbent will primarily be based in Pretoria, Gauteng.
