Engineering consulting firm with branches in Durban, Gauteng and Cape Town requires urgently a PREVIOUSLY DISADVANTAGED SOUTH AFRICAN BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE GAUTENG OFFICE.
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, this role is responsible to the regional team whom he/she supports as well as to the Finance Department of the organisation that functions from the Cape Town Office.
Responsible for organising and co-ordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency, this role is scoped as a half day position initially and could be developed into a full time position if required.

Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative services to the region which includes maintaining office services and efficiency, supervising office staff, invoicing from time sheets, maintaining office records and marketing database management.
Related qualification, experience in administrative functions and good Accounting/Financial background required.
Client liaison important.
Highly proficient in spreadsheet, PowerPoint and Word-Processing programs and E-mail.
Able to maintain high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
Decision making skill, effective verbal and listening communications skill and knowledge of human resource management and supervision.
