Urgently seeking a Branch Manager in the KZN region

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
• Manage branch and staff
• Visit existing clients
• Develop new business
• Financial Management for the entire branch
• HR compliance on all requests within given deadlines
• Budget management of the branch
• Management of delegated administrative functions pertaining to the branch
• Management of sales portfolio
• Tender submissions
• BEE and DOL compliance in terms of documentation
• Mentoring of interns
• Reporting pertaining to the branch

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Business management
• Communication
• Personnel Management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Business Management Degree and experience in the related fields stipulated above. Successful candidate must be a willing, driven and teachable.
