WE URGENTLY REQUIRE AN EE/AA BRANCH MANAGER TO MANAGE MY CLIENTS BRANCH IN SPRINGS.
THIS ROLE IS AN EXECUTIVE ROLE AND REQUIRES ALL THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS TO BE A SUCCESSFUL

Minimum Qualifications:

B-com, B-tech degree or similar

Full Microsoft office package

Further qualification in operations, logistics or general
management will be advantageous


Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years management experience

Strong people management skills

Good personal skills

Driver’s license with own vehicle

Your key responsibilities will be:

Responsible for management of site.

Branch Safety management and
Audit protocol.

Managing the site contracting company and t staff reports.

Maintaining the site and ensuring all plant and equipment is
operating efficiently.


Manage stock, reconciliation and distribution of recyclable
materials.

Manage inbound transport fleet and owner
drivers.

·
Manage inbound logistics team and KPI’s.

·
Customer engagement and problem solving.


Maximize purchases, sales and financial performance of
branch.


Managing branch orders, invoices and petty cash.


Compile, implement and manage branch procedures.


Growing the business through supplier interaction.

Customer and supplier engagement regarding Quality standards

Off-site supplier engagement and equipment
maintenance.

·
Positive reinforcement of the Companies brand
and culture.
