Branch Manager
Area: Pretoria/Centurion
Salary R35000 - R45000 p/m plus commission and benefits

Main job responsibilities
Responsible for the Pretoria Branch - Sales, Service, Admin and Warehousing. Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue and GP through positive planning, deployment and management of sales employees. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales budgets for region and projecting expected sales volume and profit in conjunction with the Sales Manager. Profitably manage the service team within agreed budgeted contribution figures. Ensure the prompt and effective handling of service/technical support to Sales and the Customer base within the region. Plan, organize, direct and control sales and technical staff to achieve budgets, contributions and KPI measurements.

Qualifications and knowledge

• Relevant formal tertiary qualification would be advantageous
• Sound knowledge of Office Automation industry
• MPS knowledge. (FM Audit preferential)
• Process and workflow management knowledge
• ERP proficiency (Microsoft Navision preferential)
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Budget planning knowledge
• Knowledge of OHSA requirements
• IR and Labour law knowledge

Experience sought

• Proven track record in a similar Management position
