retailers has the following vacancy for :

BRANCH MANAGER in WEST RAND REGIONAL AREA OF GAUTENG AND THE NORTH WEST PROVINCE.
Including but not limited to: Soweto, Randfontein, Lenasia, Roodepoort, Krugersdorp, Carltonville, Rustenberg, Brits and Johannesburg CBD.

Key Outputs
• Target driven and seek to achieve above the required standard in sales, cash collections, credit controlling and stock management.
• Able to adapt to various environments when relieving and to take control in that environment in a short period of time.
• Demonstrate customer care and staff control through effective managerial skills.
• Be a strong motivator for sales and the staff in the store to generate above average sales.

Key Requirements
• Confident, self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Must have good communication skills and able to motivate staff.
• Have at least 3 years’ experience in a furniture retail business with nothing less than 2 years’ experience in a management / 2IC role.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Tertiary studies in Business Management will be advantageous.
