Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas:

Supervise the team

On Boarding of VCam clients

Dealing and assisting with all VCam related enquiries

VCam Department clients health checks

Monitoring and managing the VCam Department clients according to their respective package

Log faulty units with call centre


Job Requirements

Educational Requirements & experience needed:

Matric

Computer literate (Word, Excel and outlook)

Experience in Call Centre environment advantageous
