Exciting opportunity with leading BPO company to join their energetic team as Business Area Assistant to support the Legal and Governance business unit in an administrative capacity.

KPI’s

Document Management

Reviews all documentation for currency and accuracy
Gathers all documentation in the appropriate information repository
Advises the organisation in respect of standard processes
Maintains the document and information repository
Co-ordinates changes to the repository set-up
Ensures the current signed- off versions are accessible to the business and removes historic versions to ensure currency
The creation and/or amendment of existing documents in order to meet agreed standards

Reporting

Gathers all relevant information to ensure that customer expectations are met
Assesses data for commonalities in order to establish and communicate trends
Collates data accurately to reflect requirements
Presents reports to an agreed standard
Issues reports to agreed deadlines
Highlights any exceptions to standards
Highlights any risks that impact deliverables and seeks alternative to limit impact
Seeks clarity on any perceived inaccuracies as a result of exploring data integrity

Administration

Files all change and version controls to ensure accuracy of information
Applies all amendments to documentation to comply with version controls
Sets up and coordinates meetings
Follows up on outstanding requirements to ensure effective completion of tasks and commitments

Requirements

Matric
Intermediate MS OFFICE skills
1 year experience utilising Sharepoint
