Tyre based industry has a vacancy opened for a Business Manage to
Develop business plans to meet the agreed sales plan and company budget.
Manage the activities of the branch to ensure that financial and administrative standards and procedures are met.
Manage and develop associates’ performance.
Manage self to maintain personal effectiveness.
A minimum of 5 years in the tyre industry.
Relevant management experience.
Effective selling, communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Sound understanding of management principles.
Sound working knowledge of all Admin Systems, particularly the Computer System.
Open to accepting candidates outside of the tyre industry, where candidates are from similar industry (e.g. motor, engineering parts).
