Synopsis
My client is seeking a Business Operations Consultant with FICA experience to attend to day-to-day customer queries and to manage and update the product feature backlog and new enhancements and developments, ensuring business unit readiness to support customers. This is a 6-month contract.

Qualification and Experience
Grade 12
1-2 years’ experience in banking environment.
1-2 years’ experience in ticket management.
Experience in FICA will be advantageous.

Presenting and communicating information.
Problem solving skills.
Project administration.
Ticket management.
Proactive and driven.

Roles and Responsibilities
Attending to assigned queries in a timeous manner.
Meeting the set standards and adhere to the SLA’s.
Liaise with resolver teams to ensure resolution of customer queries.
Adhere to company set customer standards.
Adequately communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
