BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER
EE position

Requirements:
• 4- 5 years management experience (advantageous to have experience in manufacturing
• Or similar Industry)
• 3-4 years’ experience in Finance, Operations Management, Laboratory Management,
• Safety Health Environment and Quality (SHEQ)
• N Dip in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering (B Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering would be ideal)
• Financial and business management qualification would be advantageous
• Valid unendorsed Driver’s license
• Must have own reliable transport
• Dept of Labour “16.2” Appointee
• Government Certificate of Competency (Ideal)

Purpose of the job
The position is mainly responsible to oversee and manage the entire operations of the company, streamlining operational processes and coordinating operational and maintenance related activities within the plant in view of supporting the sales requirements of the company.

Reporting structure:

• This position reports to the Sales and Marketing executive( RSA) and Engineering Manager
(Botswana)

Personal Circumstances:

• Must be able to obtain a satisfactory medical report from the companies’ medical centre
• May be required to work additional hours from time to time
