Stock ledger to sub-ledger balancing
Cashbuild EDI/automatic ordering
Drive the following improvements to master data and related processes:
Customer master data, including reporting hierarchies
Stock master, including pricing groups and Africa reporting hierarchies
Customer pricing

Sales Reporting
Produce the following reports:
Daily & weekly sales
Month end reporting packs
Monthly sales reports
Sales commission scheme
Ad hoc sales reports
Karabina Reporting
Take ownership of the Karabina reporting tool and drive improvements to allow better use of the product and less dependence on Excel processing
Strong aptitude and experience with integrated ERP systems
Exceptionally strong IT literacy, with SAP, Pastel Evolution and Microsoft Excel knowledge an advantage
Attention to detail and accuracy with a strong awareness of style and report presentation
Project planning knowledge and experience will be an advantage
Good planning and problem solving skills
