A national concern is urgently seeking a suitably qualified BUSINESS UNIT LEADER for a national concern – position based in Richards Bay.

The purpose of this position is to manage, direct, coach, mentor and develop staff to deliver quality training and service. Offer advice, suggestions and support to management with regard to innovative business strategies.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Code 08 / own reliable vehicle.
Relevant business qualification would be advantageous.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
3-5 years management experience ESSENTIAL.
Health and safety experience is ESSENTIAL.
Previous sales experience.
Duties include branch administration, facilitation, client interaction, branch performance, staff management, marketing co-ordination (in conjunction with the Marketing Specialist.
Would suit someone based in Richards Bay or surrounding areas that is available to visit clients down the Coast.


Salary offered: R25 000-00 per month (CTC – includes pension fund) + petrol card + maintenance allowance (business use) + laptop.
